The Mnozil Brass brings GOLD to Oxnard...

with their hysterical new show featuring the very best numbers spanning the ensemble's illustrious 25-year long career. The Austrian band, known as the Monty Python of the music world, seamlessly combines slapstick comedy with extraordinary musical ability.

Co-presented by Ventura Music Festival & Sterling Venue Ventures

All the founding members of Mnozil Brass are graduates of the renowned Vienna College of Music who met while playing at the Mnozil Pub across the street from the college.

They’re a brass septet from Austria, 3 trumpets, 3 trombones, and a tuba. Their repertoire is all over the place and their genius is unmistakable. They are superb musicians, but also arch conceptualists, skilled comedic performers, and questionable dancers. They put on a hell-of-a-show. And I do mean ‘put-on’, as much of what they do is deeply serious in a way that only inspired buffoonery can be.”  - Music Critic, Bill Benzon
