VIP perks are offered on a per-concert basis to those who purchase tickets in the VIP section. These perks include (venue permitting):

• Best seating within the Premium section (as available)

• Designated VIP check-in services

• Use of VIP restrooms and VIP concession line

• Complimentary intermission refreshments

Additionally, Donors/Sponsors at the Soloist Level and above retain their VIP status regardless of seat choice. Interested in learning more about donor benefits? Visit the Donate page for more information.

If you ordered your tickets to “Print at Home” you will have received a confirmation email within minutes of completing your order with a button inside that says “View Tickets”. This link will open in a new tab and will allow you to print your tickets on your home printer, or add the. to your mobile wallet. If you can’t find your confirmation email, please reach out to us and we can resend it to you.

If you can’t find your tickets and want them to be at Will Call, please let us know and we can update the order delivery method.

Due to the small nature of our organization, we are not able to offer refunds on standard ticket sales. If you cannot attend a show for which you have tickets, contact us prior to the date of the performance to arrange one of the following options:

1. Transfer of tickets to an alternate performance of the current season.

2. Ticket credit toward any performance in next year’s season.

3. Ventura Music Festival is a non-profit organiztion and the cost of tickets can be accepted as a tax-deductible donation. A letter for tax purposes will be provided to you.

Tickets can be purchased online using the button in the top right of our website header, or by clicking the ticket button on any event page. You can also call the VMF office phone and leave a message: 805-648-3146, or email us.

Box Office opens for ticket sales/will call one hour before concert start-time. Box Offices are located outside each PAC.

Latecomers are seated at appropriate performance intervals so as to limit disturbance to others.
