Famed host of The Newlywed Game, Bob Eubanks is the only person alive to have produced The Beatles’ concerts during their U.S. tours. His show, Backstage with the Beatles, thrills audiences with untold stories, rare photos, and live performances of iconic hits from live cover band Ticket To Ride. A must-see for any Beatles fan!
Then, join us for an evening of fine dining and fun while we honor Bob’s legacy in a special award ceremony and hear from Ivor Davis, author of widely acclaimed book, The Beatles and Me on Tour, his personal account of the 1964 Beatles’ North American tour. This fundraiser event will kickoff the Ventura Music Festival’s 30th season!
Event Information
Cheers to Thirty Years! The Ventura Music Festival kicks off its 30th season with a spectacular celebration on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach. This special evening features Bob Eubanks’ Beatles tribute show, the unveiling of the 2025 festival lineup, an award ceremony, and a VIP gala fundraiser.
The night begins in the Top of the Harbor ballroom with cocktails and stunning seaside views, followed by Backstage with the Beatles from 5 to 7 PM. Legendary game show host Bob Eubanks, the man who brought the Beatles to America, shares behind-the-scenes stories, rare photos, and a live performance of Beatles hits by Ticket to Ride.
The celebration continues at 7:30 PM in the San Miguel banquet room with a Gala Banquet. Bob Eubanks will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award and join journalist Ivor Davis, who toured with the Beatles, for a lively conversation. The evening also includes a multimedia reveal of the Festival’s 2025 lineup, a Wheel of Fortune raffle, and a paddle auction.

About Ivor Davis
Ivor Davis is a renowned journalist and author who gained fame for his unique access to The Beatles during their groundbreaking 1964 North American tour. As a correspondent for the London Daily Express, he traveled with the band, covering every moment of their whirlwind rise to global stardom. Davis was the only journalist on the entire tour, giving him an insider's perspective on their lives, personalities, and the cultural phenomenon of Beatlemania. His firsthand accounts, vivid storytelling, and behind-the-scenes insights have made him a key figure in preserving The Beatles' legacy.
