but we make a life by what we give.”

Planned Giving Options

The following options enable you to make a gift that will help secure the future of the Ventura Music Festival for generations to come while providing attractive tax benefits to donors.

  • Include the Ventura Music Festival in Your Will or Living Trust

A bequest in your will or living trust is one of the simplest ways to help ensure a healthy future for the Ventura Music Festival. You can designate a specific sum, a percentage of your estate, or a particular asset for the Festival and preserve your wishes forever.

  • Contribute a Life Insurance Policy You No Longer Need

You can name the Ventura Music Festival as the beneficiary of all or a portion of an existing or new life insurance policy.

  • Name the Festival as a Beneficiary of Your IRA Assets

You can name the Festival as the beneficiary of your IRA assets.

  • Establish a Charitable Gift Annuity or Charitable Remainder Trust

You can secure fixed payments for your lifetime and at the same time support the Festival by establishing a Charitable Gift Annuity or Charitable Remainder Trust. Either can guarantee attractive payments to donors during their lifetimes and benefit VMF, either during or after donor lifetime, as stipulated. VMF recommends that donors interested in these legacy vehicles meet with planned giving specialists for detailed information. We can recommend such specialists if requested.

VMF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Tax ID# 77-0314562.
