The Ventura Music Festival celebrates the opening of its 20th anniversary season, “Festivo!” with a concert by Ventura County native Sean Chen, 2013 DeHaan Classical Fellow of the American Pianists Association. Fresh from his triumph as the 2013 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition Bronze Medalist, Mr. Chen will perform both solo and in a piano quintet featuring the festival’s Artistic Director, Nuvi Mehta, and special guest artists from the San Diego Symphony.
