Reflections on the 14th season of the Ventura Music Festival
Violinist Leila Josefowicz rose to national acclaim in 1994 when she made her Carnegie Hall debut with Sir Neville Marriner and the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields. She was awarded the prestigious Avery Fischer Career Grant the same year and is a graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music where she studied with Jaime Laredo and Jascha Brodsky.
